There is a reason why I started this website. Read on to know my story:
My name is Logan by the way and after turning 18, I started to struggle with anxiety. It’s something that has taken a toll on me and changed the way I used to live my life.
I used to be outgoing, love hanging out with friends and going to parties, but later on I found myself becoming increasingly introverted and withdrawing from social situations. I’m not exactly sure what has caused this shift though!
Since starting to take CBD, I have been going to therapy and working on my anxiety in a more active way. I’ve also started to reach out to friends and make plans to hang out.
It’s amazing how just taking a small step like this can completely change my outlook on life. I never thought I’d be able to attend social gatherings or meet new people again, but with the help of CBD, I am slowly but surely regaining control of my life.
I even started volunteering at a local animal shelter and I can’t express how happy it makes me to help out and be around animals. I’m still a little nervous, but I know that this is a huge step for me and I am proud of myself for pushing past my comfort zone.
CBD has changed my life in ways I never thought possible. It has given me the courage to work on my anxiety and not just hide from it. I still have a long way to go, but with the help of CBD, I am more confident than ever that I will be able to live a normal, fulfilling life.
I highly recommend CBD to anyone who is struggling with anxiety or any other form of mental health issue. It may not work for everyone, but it is worth trying. It’s changed my life for the better, and I can only hope it can do the same for others.
